Quiet and ideally located
We were delighted by our stay here. The unit was immaculate; while we didn't cook, the kitchen was well outfitted; and best of all, the bed was very comfortable. We were attending an event in Princeton (and we used to live in Newtown), so the location was ideal for us. We were close to I-295, but were in a rural setting that was both beautiful and quiet. We would certainly stay here again when we're going to be spending time in Princeton, allowing us to avoid Princeton traffic and parking issues.

Relaxing Philly Getaway
I went back home to Philly to visit Family. We needed “space” to stay that would allow us to recharge. This little apartment was perfect and peaceful, on 3 acres. Quiet, close to the train, saw deer on the property in the morning. Trish and John were great hosts. 10/10 recommend.

Biking bliss
We were very comfortable at this apartment attached to the owner’s home. Many extra touches were greatly appreciated—plenty of tea and coffee supplies, dishes, pots and pans. Really happy to find cleaning supplies so that we could keep counters spic and span. We brought our foods and cooked, found all utensils needed. We had so much privacy! Able to leave the windows (screens on windows) open the first night. We bicycled the NJ and PA canal bike trails, perfect location for the trails.

Great guest house
The guest house was very clean and organized when we arrived. Check in was very easy. The homeowner called us around noon the day of our check in to let us know the house was all set and ready for our arrival. He also talked to us in person as we were packing the car to check out. Very friendly and I would highly recommend staying there and I would also stay there again.

Outstanding in every respect. Beautiful setting, great AC, super comfortable, super clean. Great hosts, we had a red eye flight and we were allowed to check in early without an extra charge which we thought was super generous. Lots to do close by. More than charming
My sister and I stayed here for about three weeks, & it we can't rate the experience highly enough. Jon & Trish are wonderful, friendly hosts who make themselves available if you need anything but also give you your privacy. Since we were there so long, Jon was kind enough to set up a table with an umbrella & chairs, so we could sit outside. The environment is quiet & peaceful & beautiful -- just what we were looking for. We saw deer, a fox, and frogs on the property. We love animals, so that was a plus. The house itself was super clean and comfortable with every possible amenity, including a toaster. It has central A/C, which was helpful during a short heat wave while we were there. The 1-bedroom set-up was perfect for me & my sister. Comfortable bed, comfortable sofa and easy chair. We cooked at least one meal every day, & the kitchen had everything we needed. We felt like we had plenty of space. It really felt like a home away from home. The location in Newtown is also great, being close to everything we wanted to do. If you like nature, walking trails, history, & art, my sister & I can recommend: Peace Valley Nature Center in Doylestown. (Don't miss the Winnie-the-Pooh tree that you can stand inside on the Pooh Loop trail.) Churchville Nature Center in Churchville. (Don't miss the Butterfly House there if you love butterflies.) Silver Lake Nature Center in Bristol, Hopewell Playground & Park in NJ, Howell Living History Farm in NJ, self-guided historic walking tours in Bordentown, NJ, and Quakertown, Pa. In Quakertown, don't miss the wonderful "Great Oak" on the grounds of the Richland Friends Meeting House. Whispering Pines Alpaca Farm in Stockton, NJ. Keep your eye out for the restoration of Oscar Hammerstein's Highland Farm in Doylestown. For kids of all ages, there's the carousel with hand-carved anmals at the Giggleberry Fair in Lahaska near Peddler's Village. Hunterdon Art Museum in Clinton, NJ. Lost River Caverns in Hellertown. For the best handmade ice cream on the planet, there's Owwowcow Creamery nearby. Restaurants from which we got take-out were Jaffron (Indian food) in New Hope and Iron Hill Brewery. We ate the Indian food while sitting near the Delaware River, which was delightful. Thank you, Jon & Trish, for your hospitality! We were very happy here and highly recommend this place if you want a peaceful, relaxing get-away.
