The Riverhouse at Odette's was the perfect location to celebrate my birthday. The property was beautiful and located on the river with great views from all of the bars, restaurants and our room. The staff was very helpful and friendly. Since we were traveling in January and it was freezing outside, the hotel was offering rides down to the shops and restaurants of New Hope. We had drinks at the rooftop restaurant, which had great cocktails, and grabbed dinner at the restaurant downstairs. Both venues were great and the food and service were excellent. Highly recommend Odette's and will definitely go back.

Beautiful and unique location. Hotel is very nicely designed and our river front room had a truly breathtaking view. One minor incident upon a Monday morning checkout after spending two nights, meals, drinks, etc. over 3 days we requested 30 mins extended time on check out so that we could have time for a quick breakfast in the Odette's restaurant (not included in room rate) and this request was denied by the front office staff member. I believe this was the result of a very junior employee's lack of experience/judgement or training in hotel customer service. Not a huge deal, but left an unnecessarily negative impression at the end of an otherwise wonderful stay at Odette's. Requesting a 30 min later checkout on a Monday morning in order to spend more money in the Odette's restaurant seemed like a reasonable request, but this staff member didn't seem to think so. Not something you would expect in the level of hotel I am sure the Refined Hospitality Group is aiming for with Odette's.

I read some negative reviews and was not sure what we would experience. We were greeted by kind and personable staff who answered all our questions. Our room was clean with a beautiful river view. The food was tasty and arrived quickly to our table for both dinner and breakfast. Keep in mind this was over Christmas Eve and the staff never missed a beat. We had a wonderful experience at the RiverHouse and will definitely be back.

limited parking, access to car (had to valet), front desk unprepared for check-in (internet was down) and when it was available to check-on timing was very inconvenient, elevator very slow (waited over 5 minutes), room was freezing and heat didn’t kick in for hours/had to wear multiple layers and make sure our infant daughter was warm enough, “mountain view” room was by main road and where cars get valeted-very noisy and could hear valet attendants talking very clearly, dirty ring in our toilet and water coming out of bathroom sink was cloudy/dirty. i would expect things like this to happen at cheaper hotel chins, but not for a hotel that advertises and charges like they’re high-end

The website did not say anything that valet was required or that we would be charged for parking. The valet system was a mess. Too many cars not enough staff. Took 30 minutes to reach the valet. If you ever expect to get any sleep, forget about it. We were kept up till 12 midnight because of all the noise coming from the kitchen. And the noise resumed at 7am. We didn’t get a winkle of sleep.

One of the loveliest venues I have ever been to and I work in events and seen many weddings in the DMV area. Truly beautiful views and the rooms and staff were incredible. Can’t recommend it enough. A very lovely town just up the road with shops and a nice market. Karlas restaurant was also a great spot for breakfast. Will definitely be back.

They took a long time to refresh our room on our second day so we had to call down for cleaning. And while they cleaned we had to wait outside the room which wasn’t ideal after a day of walking around. On our first day our bed only had one sheet that was soo small for the king size bed it was on, so we had the mattress cover for the most part which made for an uncomfortable sleep.
