Welcome to Midcity Flat, your cozy retreat in the heart of relaxation. As you step inside, you're greeted by a welcoming living room, perfect for unwinding with your favorite TV shows or browsing the web with high-speed wifi. To the right, discover the first bedroom featuring a bunk bed with a full bed on the bottom and a twin bed on top. Continue through to the dining room and fully stocked kitchen, ideal for preparing meals and gathering with loved ones. Adjacent to the dining area lies the master bedroom, complete with an attached master bathroom for added convenience. Step outside to find another charming seating area, perfect for enjoying the fresh air, and access the laundry area equipped with a washer and dryer for your convenience. Experience comfort and convenience, your home away from home.
Guests will have full access and use of the unit 24 hours a day. You can come and go as you like and there's an electronic lock, so there are no keys to keep up with! You will have the place to yourself which allows you more privacy and convenience.

1. Quiet Hours of 10pm - 8am
2. MUST BE age 21 or older to book.
3. Please No indoor smoking of vape, cigarettes, or illegal drugs.
4. No parties or events (If guest breaks house rules and throws a party or event, guest will be liable and have to pay a mandatory extra $35 dollars per person over the allowed amount of people & asked to vacate premises.)
5. Late checkouts must be approved. If not approved:
After one hour late checkout you will be responsible for a $50 mandatory unauthorized fee
After two hour late checkout you will be responsible for that whole day's base rate without discounts (this does not award you access to the property for the day, this is just a fee.)
If smell of odor of smoke indoors or caught smoking indoors you will be responsible for a $150 fee (this is out of respect of my home and of my next guest).

BUNK BED SAFETY WARNINGS: There are certain risks associated with using a bunk bed and bunk bed ladder, and guests agree that use is at your own risk. Property owner assumes no responsibility for personal loss, injury, or illness of any kind which may result from use of the bunk bed and ladder. The owners are not liable for any accidents occurring. Parents with children should be especially cautioned regarding ladder use and agree to accept all responsibility for minors. While not an exhaustive list of precautions, guests agree to follow these industry standards: 1) Use of top bunk is limited to occupants 6 years or older; 2) Use of top bunk is limited to 1 occupant and a maximum 175 lb weight; 3) No jumping or other horseplay on or around the bed; 4) Always use ladder for entering and leaving the upper bunk.
I give permission to the property manager to use a third-party to screen my identity and check criminal databases to confirm my reservation.
