"Comfortable bed, felt very safe, easy to find, good location for visiting the university and relatives. I recommend this highly and especially since I was a single woman. There was a problem with the tv but it was quickly fixed (another customer had unplugged something to use their own laptop). Decent breakfast with bagels and fresh pancakes. Nice staff who were attentive and friendly. Everything worked out very nicely! "
