"Great location for west quay shopping centre. Great hotel for pre stay before a cruise as close to the terminals. Onsite parking but if full can park next door at shopping centre. Free welcome drink is nice touch. Lights under bed light up if going to the bathroom in middle of night. Very handy"

"Lovely hotel . Clean . Bed was really comfortable good nights sleep. Complementary gin in room though did not use. Nice view of harbour. Didn’t have breakfast as early flight. Dinner was expensive one course each and bottle of £30 wine cost £90 lights where so dark couldn’t see what was in plate . Would stay again but eat elsewhere. "

"Couple staying for our anniversary. Dinner in both restaurants absolutely delicious and the service was impeccable. Spa facilities were decent however steam room by the pool was closed. This was not an issue as there is a steam room in the changing rooms. Gym and fitness classes were fun and easy to book as was the use of the pickle ball court.
