"Beautifully renovated old home - only downside was rooms were on second floor and no elevator for luggage but Diane agreed to hold the luggage and I only took what I needed for my brief overnight stay up the stairs. She was very helpful! However listing said breakfast was provided but only coffee/tea were available. "

"Comfy little gem situated close to many of the attractions NOLA has to offer. Very clean, quiet, and easy to get in and out of. I would stay here again without hesitation. I have exactly 2 complaints: there were light bulbs that were on their way out and flickering in the room, and the mattress was so squishy, my arms would fall asleep from it caving in. Seemed it wasn't properly supported. Overall, however, a great stay."

"The staff were amazingly friendly and helpful from parking assistance to giving information about getting around the city during our stay. I forgot my card with my code to get in after hours and the front desk clerk answered the phone promptly and helped us get inside the hotel right away. The only drawback is the hotel is in dire need of repairs and the room was pretty stuffy but not unbearable since they provided a box fan to circulate the air. "

"This place is all right, all right, all right! The Old Jail is a gem, if you like original old buildings you’re in it for a treat! The Police Jail has a lot old charm and character, situated in Tremé / LaFitte neighborhood. Go to breakfast or brunch to Leo’s Bread or Flour Mood! Walkable distance to New Orleans Streetcars on Canal Street or take the city bus just around the corner! -Pierre"

"Two night stay to experience New Orleans. B&W was only a few short blocks from Frenchman St., the river walk, market, Jackson square and fairly easy walk to Bourbon street. The property was quirky but certainly served the purpose. Bed was comfortable. Shower worked ok and had a jet tub…didn’t try. I was all set for hot tub after first day of walking about 15 miles around the sites…but it was only 1/2 full and very grungy. Outdoor seating areas were relaxing and visually pleasing. You never see...
