The loft apartment was super nice and equipped with everything I needed for an enjoyable stay. However, there were people loitering and smoking outside the building at all hours of the night. Nothing bad happened, but I would have felt better if there had been a doorman.

Perfect New Orleans Vibe!
My family and I had a fantastic trip! The apartment had the perfect New Orleans vibe. From the decor to the record player, it was perfect! It was a spacious apartment with essentials provided - soap, laundry detergent, bath products, towels, kitchen needs, etc. The area was safe and easily accessible. Note that there is no parking. You can pay to park in the WWII Museum garage. It has 24/7 access. Overall, I highly recommend booking this apartment.

Apartment was nice. Furniture was great. Bed was comfortable. Had everything we needed for our stay. Biggest issue is the area it’s in and the COMPLETE lack of parking. We left with a stack of parking tickets ($40 each). So go ahead and figure that into your budget with this rental.

I used this apartment to attend a conference at the convention center. t was only 600m from the convention center, CVS was nearby, the price was reasonable, and there were no particular points of dissatisfaction.
