Perfect place for me
As a first time vrbo guest I found this apartment to be the perfect place for my visit to nola. Semi-isolated and yet steps from the bustle of Magazine St. It was very clean, neat and easy to settle into. The host was extremely proactive and helpful. My wife and I stayed here over the New Years’s holiday and we were blown away with how quiet the neighborhood was, but still so much to do and full of rich culture. Louis had the place looking great and we would love to come back someday. The place was clean and had all the amenities one would need. Not to mention, maybe the best croissants in the world just a couple doors down at the La Boulangerie bakery. This place is five stars!!!!

Perfect
Me and my husband stayed here for a couple days while visiting New Orleans. This was in a very good spot and it was very easy to walk a few blocks and catch the trolley to go explore the city. The bed was very comfortable and it was nice having the little patio to sit out on while drinking coffee in the morning.

This property is such a gem. Fantastic location, easy check in and communication with property owner. This is our go-to place to stay when we come to NOLA! Location is the best. Right next to bars, restaurants and shopping, plus easy access to public transport to the French Quarter. Communication with the property owner was very fast and even accommodated us with early check in a storing our bags upon departure. We will definitely be back!

Second Time - Just as Charming
This is my second stay at this location. I love it. Quaint, love the bakery next door as well as a few other places in the neighborhood. Must walk up stairs to access so consider that if you have any mobility issues. Can’t wait to return.

Great Location, Lovely Apartment
Louis was an amazing host. Answered all of my questions promptly. The apartment was clean, comfortable and had all of the basic necessities. Restaurants, cafes and shops outside your door. It was convenient since I went to a Tulane graduation. My daughters gave it a 👍 also. The steps are a bit steep so wouldn’t recommend for handicap or elderly.

Outstanding!
We absolutely loved this location and condo. Very well appointed lots of attention to detail and perfectly located on magazine street in New Orleans. It was quiet and yet convenient. The bed was super comfy and the rug in living room was like a furry wall for the feet. Great Bakery on the corner and the neighborhood dive bar two doors down was fun! The outside patio is perfect and private. I highly recommend this place!
