Shower had no zero pressure and water was trickling down like mist from a leaf in a forest...Front desk was ready to move me to another room because they had no one to fix from 5 PM to 10 AM next day...How is that possible? We didn't want to move after we settled with all our luggage. I had to literally beg and finally demand front desk another room just for the shower next door. She conceded in the end but I really should not be begging for it. I have been traveling for over 25 years and stayed at Hilton for over 400 days. Never experienced like this.

We arrived early in the day as we’d just disembarked from a cruise with nowhere else to go. They had our room cleaned and us in it within 40 minutes. The hotel was clean with adequate amenities. They offer a free shuttle to the airport which was very important to us. We knew before arriving the property was in close proximity to the airport and would be a little noisy so this wasn’t an issue for us. I use to stay at Holiday Inn branded properties exclusively, but after this stay I’ll be booking with Hilton brands. I highly recommend this property.
