Absolutely loved my one night stay here and can't wait to run it back for a longer visit. The hotel is charming and the area is quite. A lovely respite from the hustle and hustle of the CBS and Canal St area.

This is a very quiet hotel. The bed was so comfortable and the shower was 10 out of 10. Actual “hotel” parking is minimal, but the side streets and St. Charles offer great opportunities to park especially on the weekend. The staff goes above and beyond to assist. I have already made reservations to go back.

This property is impeccable in EVERYWAY!!!!! Aaliyah deserves a raise!! She is a gem and made our stay a dream. She was warm, friendly, welcoming, accommodating, patient, kind, professional, efficient… I could go on!!!! The service we received was unmatched and we can’t wait to visit again soon. Tatum, Zo, and Jordan are all amazing employees they helped me into my ride share and are just love people also providing a lovely experience. This hotel is modern, classy and very well appointed. loved my stay at the Henrietta! The room was clean and spacious. The staff was very helpful and ensured that my needs were met. The beds are super comfy and the pillows were soft. I loved that room had slippers, robe and many other little gems! It was so cute I wished I stayed longer. Would recommend this hotel!! 10 out of 10!!

Great stay!
I wasn't even sure the check-in desk was actually the check-in desk because it was so laid back! The attendant, Jasmine, was especially pleasant and got me checked in really quick. We were only there for a night as a stopover, but we will definitely be staying here again!

I loved this hotel. Friendly staff, great location, and the rooms are super clean and comfortable. Perhaps the only complain is that there was noise coming from the street cars passing outside and music from a nearby bar. But the beds are so comfortable that we slept like babies.
