Cleaning staff very friendly. Weekend staff at night very incompetent. They are not friendly and have no tact when talking. If you have any questions, don't even bother asking. The best thing about the area is that you can walk to all places and it is safe.

We did not stay in the main hotel. We were put across the street in a complete dump of a room. It was dirty and had a hole in the wall. Had to use step stool to claw our way onto a triple stacked bed.

The lobby was cute but despite it being designated a historical site, the building overall was just ok. It needs some renovation. Expect a motel room for accommodations. Old, dusty restrooms, broken knobs on furniture, bed uncomfortable. We weren’t in our room much, so it did the job.

The staff was very nice, but my room door kept getting stuck when trying to open or close it. The air conditioner kept turning off and we advised the front desk, and they said they would get someone to fix it, but no one came to repair it.

We so enjoyed our time at the St. Pierre! What a lovely old hotel full of beautiful character, friendly staff, and BONUS: courtyard kitties! The area is great, everything is ultra walkable, and plenty safe.

I just love the charm, friendliness of staff!! This was my 4th stay here!!! I usually travel solo. This hotel is wonderful. I usually go once a year. The French Quarter is amazing. Hotel St. Pierre is close to everything.

The staff was amazing. I was there for a wedding and I lost the backings to my earrings I had a staff member remove her earrings she sanitized her backings and she gave them to me. She saved me that evening her name is Kim Williams the maintenance manager. She was such a delight. My tv didn’t work and I wish they would have placed me closer to the office since I was alone. The French Quarters in general is spooky no matter where you stay. My restroom light turned off in its own the first night. I prayed and went in with it. The staff was amazing and very professional I would stay there again however not alone. The hotel is very close to everything.
