This Luxurious Downtown Condo is guaranteed to not only meet but exceed your expectations! The condo can comfortably fit 4 people. The condo is located in the heart of downtown New Orleans, adjacent to The Waldorf Astoria Roosevelt Hotel, across the street from the Orpheum Theatre, only a block from the French Quarter, Saenger Theatre, and within walking distance to the Mercedes Benz Superdome and Smoothie King Center. Every home is equipped with crisp linens, high-speed Wi-Fi, and kitchen and bath essentials—everything you need for an exceptional stay. This beautifully decorated condo has an open floor plan with panoramic city views from the dining, living area, and bedroom. The condo also boasts updated appliances and several upgrades for guests. The kitchen is fully equipped with cookware, dinnerware, and silverware. Also, the condo has a washer, dryer, central air, and heat. This condo can comfortably fit 2 people. Upgrades include a drip coffee maker, clothes iron, blow dryer, & smart TV.
