Great staff and location was amazing. Only issue was 1 day without hot water when the boilers went out, mentioned it to the front desk and the lady reacted like it was a burden for her. On check in a different lady gave us great recommendations on places to go see and eat.

We got a competitive rate in an area that's close to the French Quarter. However, the area was not as quiet as we had hoped. One reason is the streetcar that runs right past the hotel late at night and early in the morning; another is the pickup by big, noisy trucks of garbage containers next to the hotel. The staff was friendly, but when you get a text message from the front desk every day asking if everything is fine, it doesn't help if you don't get a response when you alert them to an issue in your room (our toilet was loose and had to be fastened). Good price, but not ideal if you're sensitive to noise.

We booked a Friday and Saturday night. Called as soon as I booked it (was booked Friday around 5 pm) to ensure they knew I was arriving Saturday & I simply wanted to make sure I could check in immediately from my flight, hence booking Friday night. I showed up Saturday morning - to 2 very rude and apparently clueless employees. They wouldn’t provide an explanation as to why my room was canceled. I showed them my booking confirmation, my call to the hotel, and STILL NO ONE CARED TO EXPLAIN HOW MY BOOKING WAS CANCELLED. Furthermore, one of the front staff became snarky when I remained persistent on an explanation and cared to mention “We’re still going to keep your money for Friday, you’ll have to deal with Expedia for Saturdays refund”. Don’t care to ever try to this hotel again. I WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THIS HOTEL. I’ve never had such horrible customer service at a hotel. I hope someone reaches out to me, the front desk needs more training.

What a great experience! Upon arrival Jasmine was absolutely amazing! So kind and happy. The breakfast was great and the young woman who helped us was so kind and answered all my questions about places to try I am sad I didn’t catch her name she was woking the Morning shift on 01/16 around 9am. She likes sweets. Will definitely be back! Your staff across the board were kind and happy! Keep the good work!

Very nice! Front desk staff and bartenders treated us like family. Very nice hotel and location is great! The only downside you will definitely hear that the city never sleeps (trolley, trash truck pick up, people singing and arguing). Overall I loved it and will return again.
