The bed was the worst I have slept in for a long time. If comfort is important to you, I would not stay at Sonder. I ended up staying elsewhere the second night so I could sleep.

Very Spacious
Very spacious apartment. Perfect for a girls weekend. Plenty of room to spread your stuff to get ready. Nice location. Within walking distance to most popular attractions. I gave comfort 4 stars because the apartment has very minimal supplies.

Great individual property, very spacious and everything you could reasonably need. Great to have amenities taken care of. Area itself was safe, although in a bit of a run down part of town. Very close to the stadium but otherwise (as is common for most US cities) needed to get a taxi to common spots.

Absolutely fantastic! This property met all of our needs and checked all of the boxes. Management communicated with us that there was an issue with the dishwasher and provided ample supplies to offset that. The only other time we needed to communicate was for a later check out and that was done via the app and the response was instant. We're looking forward to our next stay with Sonder.

So far place is very nice and very easy to access, you have everything in one app which makes it very easy from WiFi to access codes. Check out is super easy. However, the cleanliness of the place is something to consider, is been clean very general, floors are dirty I had it to clean my self after a long day of move in my child to college. Dishwasher broken and very smelly ( I got notified just hours before my check in) Place needs a serious cleaning. When I attempt to open the curtains, roads came off since had no ends, notified to the management and came and fixed. Have shampoo, conditioner and body wash station great quality. Restocking station with essentials very helpful. Sadly cleanliness is essential for us, you can definitely find better places for same price.

This is a very nice, clean, spacious , modern property. It is also in good proximity to the major tourist spots. The only drawbacks are there is no TV in the bedrooms (I need tv to sleep), the tub stopper didn't work and there was only one wash cloth per bathroom. Otherwise and overall, this was a great property.

Pros: walkable to the main city, quiet, washer, dryer, functioning kitchen, tea, coffee, plates, utensils. Felt very homey, enjoyed it a lot. Great communication. Cons: our AC broke twice, there were fruit flies everywhere, dish washer was very difficult to work. Only 2 large towels and 1 shareable blanket. I wish more was offered or was in storage.

We did not feel safe walking home from the trolley after dark. This neighbourhood is not tourist friendly. There were no extra blankets and one side of the apartment was very cold. We would change the thermostat but it would change back within an hour or so. We also couldn’t figure out how to work the dishwasher. Every time we tried to wash a load of dishes they would come out still dirty. Maybe some directions on how to work the appliances and tv for future stays. There was no cold water. No matter how long we ran the water in the kitchen nor in both bathrooms. There was just no cold water. There was no note saying where to get extra toilet paper, laundry soap, dishwasher soap, bathroom amenities. We were there a full week before accidentally finding them all in the second floor hall way. You were aware we were staying 12 days so you should have made sure we had 12 days worth of amenities or at the very less make sure we knew where to find them. A welcome kit with information on the trolley system and all the things the city has to offer tourist would have been a nice touch.

TV didn’t work, thermostat haywire (switches back to a default temperature - complicated to operate.). No pool so can’t go swimming. Great amenities like full size frigerator, pots & pans, record player, clean, quiet.
