The perfect holiday pad to base yourself while you are exploring New Plymouth. Park the car up because you wont need it here. Situated at the end of Powderham Street in a quiet location, only a 5 to 10 minute stroll to the inner city where you can spend the day exploring the Arts, Culture & Shopping that New Plymouth has to offer. Wander along the scenic coastal walkway; take in the beautiful beaches, aquatic centre and the many cafes and restaurants this vibrant city has to offer.Stroll through Pukekura Park and take in the stunning gardens.

This contemporary ultra modern townhouse offers spacious living at its best.

Enjoy cooking up a breakfast storm in this sparkling brand new quality kitchen; relax on the deck with your morning coffee while you plan your days adventure. Sun drenched living areas with large doors opening on to the deck, take in the open feel and relax on the couch with a good book. Holiday paradise.

Three beautifully appointed bedrooms, spacious and light, master bedroom leading onto the large spacious top quality bathroom. Fabulous large shower and definitely take the time to relax in the brand new deep bath with a nice glass of wine.

Perfect base for business travellers, tourists and families. Ultra Fast Fibre, Smart TV, Bluetooth Sound Bar, Internal access garage with door opener. Perfect on Powderham is well designed with quality fittings to make your holiday experience relaxed and easy.

Please note the cleaning fee: All linen & towels are provided by a commercial linen company and are professionally laundered. Properties have been cleaned prior to guests arrival to meet the Ministry of Health commercial cleaning standards. A part end of stay cleaning service is included. This covers the cleaning of bathrooms, mopping and rubbish removal. Guests are required to leave the property in a tidy and clean state all dishes are washed/the dishwasher loaded and turned on prior to departure.

All Bach Break properties come well equipped with cooking oil, salt, pepper, coffee, tea, milk, cleaning products, dishwasher tablets, dishwashing liquid, toilet paper, liquid hand soap and body wash.

Other Details

The property is very well equipped with most things you will need on holiday. If you use a hair dryer we ask that you bring one with you as hair dryers aren't supplied.

It has been tastefully redecorated and the sunshade outside was brilliant in the hot days. Everything you need to walk in and start holidaying. Without a doubt a home away from home in an excellent location. Bach Break staff excellent and responded immediately when we had an issue with the TV reception. Always immaculate, will never bother staying at a hotel when this level of accommodation is available.

Simply Excellent.
We absolutely loved our stay. The property was spotless and well appointed with some really nice design touches, comfortable beds and cosy lounge area with an epic tv. The pictures of the property were accurate, but it feels even nicer in person, especially if you appreciate a more contemporary design style. Will definitely stay again next time we are passing through.

However we did have an issue with the number of flies in the kitchen and dining area. The only other problem was the Queen bed in the master bedroom was very very firm and resulted in us sleeping in the single beds in the spare room. . The beds in the other bedrooms thankfully were very comfy! The location is amazing, easy to walk to places and get around.

This is a lovely, well appointed property, very close to the city centre. The property worked really well with travelling with a family, as we could cook and the kids had seperate bedrooms. We would definitely look to stay here again, on our next visit to New Plymouth.

"PERFECT"
Everything excellent for two people, only one toilet could be issue, if six people staying. Internal garage a plus. Modern and Architectural design - really well done. Only negative was no sky tv (for sports enthusiasts) but that is understandable.

Perfect central location
This is a great modern property located centrally in New Plymouth. The internal access garage is a bonus in winter. A very warm sunny double glazed house. A good full sized kitchen makes meals easy and the biggest TV I have ever seen. I will definitely stay again.
