The hotel is close to the walkway that is built along the shoreline. Nice for walks and cycling. You can borrow a bicycle from the hotel. The TV in our room seemed very new and was super smart but wasn't set up to show local/national and Sky news channels. Theses had to be uploaded on the TV but a password was requested and we were not supplied with one. This may have been an issue for the other hotel guest rooms as well?

We stayed in the rear units and the noise from the bathroom extract fan and air con was excessive. Parking on site is limited and street parking gets full very quickly. Pool was dirty and had plasters on ground outside of pool.

A very standard hotel out of the town centre in an area with few eating possibilities. Staff were pleasant, the room was clean. Nothing really wrong, just lacked ambience and was obviously popular with families.

We loved the pool area and wonderful landscaped areas. Staff were helpful and room was great. Buffet breakfast the next day was a highlight, we are looking forward to staying here again.

The room was clean, beds were comfortable, check in was quick and easy. Booked in at Marbles restaurant at 5:30pm and it was packed. So many people i wouldnt recommend going at 5:30. The food was great, wasnt able to try all the foods as there was just too much people.

Good value for the room amenities, but the parking situation needs to be fixed. With it taking 3 or more passes and waiting long periods for a spot to open up, we ended up using Uber instead of our rental car because we feared that we'd not be able to get a spot to park later at night. There are way too few available spots for the number of rooms rented out. So it literally cost us over $30 in Uber fees to visit the free Festival of Lights which raises the overall cost of staying here.
