My friends say the house is haunted. Lol! The man who built the house is also said to haunt the downtown stage theater. You can make your own decision. If Willard does haunt the house he is a nice ghost.

1 bd 1 ba, studio riverfront, approx .5 mi from open Gulf. Dock available. Walking distance to several tiki bars, restaurants, kayak rental, boat rental, casino cruise, charter fishing, and fish from the dock with an underwater light in the h20. 1.7 mi to Sims Park and downtown. Can walk, drive, or go by kayak to all the above. Daniel Green pellet smoker/BBQ available. Newly remodeled studio room with a small kitchenette. Upstairs via a spiral staircase. Large semi-private deck.

The Keys
Cute place, beautiful view of the river! Only downside was either the tv or conversations downstairs into the late night hours could be heard in the studio we rented. Also the dog barking in the middle of the night one night kept us up.

This is a beautiful property

This is a second level, clean, comfortable, well kept, one bedroom apartment. The view from the apt. is beautiful with the river and boats. Amy was most helpful and engaging. A very relaxing stay. It is a great location for day trips to area attractions. Would definitely stay again.
