Awesome back yard too. Issues: Major smell of cat pee. Unsure where it came from but it was quite strong. Upstairs AC vents were not working which made downstairs very cold when using the AC Upstairs shower had to be held otherwise it would only spray wall. Washing machine didn't work. "This property was great. I would have a few suggestions since it is a newer rental and I too am a VRBO homeowner. However VACASA is seriously the worst company to work with ever. I am now 2 weeks out from my trip and still have not had someone contact me from the “local team” and I have been asking every day. We got a call Sunday 2 hours before we arrived… 8 hours into our 10 hour drive mind you. And VACASA told us there was a shattered shower door and so we were going from 2 full baths to only...

"We loved this house and location. It was just perfect for our 3-day stay on the Cape. The house was perfectly clean with great linens and towels, and stocked kitchen. Right across the street is the most awesome little neighborhood market, with pizza oven, fresh breads, deli, pastries, and wine. "Nice upper suite. Clean rooms. It was nice that linens were provided. It had a small mini fridge and small microwave stacked on a table. A table to sit at would have been nice. 2 small mugs and 2 plastic wine glasses were supplied as well. I stayed for 6 nights so I just kept rinsing out my mug. 2 separate AC units provided comfortable temperature. Nice quiet area. The deck was nice. It was wet from condensation in the morning and then hot in afternoon with full sun so I didn’t use it. ...
