Welcome to Coastal Waters unit 111, this is your basic studio efficiency with two double beds, and private bathroom. offers a TV with cable and free WiFi. Small microwave and mini fridge. Please note, this was a converted hotel room with all the basics and the perfect place to rest your head after a long day on the beach.

Located in the Coastal Waters condominiums, an ocean front complex that offers a year around heated pool, BBQ area and private beach access. Coastal Waters is located on the drive beach and within walking distance to a few great restaurants and just a block from the 27th ave park.

This unit can be combined with unit 110 for a 2 bedroom 2 bath unit - please contact host for more info.

Coastal Waters is an oceanfront complex on the driving section of New Smyrna Beach. When you're not basking on the white sands of NSB, you'll find the complex provides great on-site amenities such as a heated swimming pool, 2 gas BBQ's and direct ocean access. Within walking distance to many great restaurants with just a short drive from Flagler Ave.
Located near 27th avenue park, walking distance to some of NSB’s popular hometown restaurants and just minutes away from Flagler Avenue & Canal Street! There is parking in the front and an overflow parking across the street which can accommodate your trailer or boat, parking is first come first serve with appropriate parking pass. New Smyrna Beach is known for its small town character and family atmosphere. The warm climate, wide, white sand beaches, and variety of outdoor activities make this the perfect Florida beach vacation spot.

PLEASE NOTE:
We provide a "starter supply" of toilet paper, paper towels, hand soap, and trash bags. The starter supplies should suffice until a trip to the store is required. We do recommend you bring shampoo/conditioner, soap, coffee, and anything else you may need for your perfect vacation!

The electronic key entry box didn't work consistently. It was very frustrating!!! The pool area was not kept up during the day with trash everywhere and room had a musty smell, dirty floor in shower, missing light bulb in lamp, and outlet falling out of wall behind mini fridge.

This was for my father. We had a long drive from Kentucky and we did this as a surprise for him to get away and relax. Well we showed up and the bed was not cleaned and it was late at night. Called and explained the situation and they did get to it the next morning but we had to scramble to stay somewhere else! I still have not seen the credit for that night to this day? Not sure what is going on.

I understand it’s old school vibe but no shampoo or body wash come on. That’s cheap. The hand soap in the bathroom is half water. The blinds need replaced. Only like 6 channels on tv. I liked the outside area. Just update the bathrooms and I’d recommend

The property was badly outdated. Inside the unit smelled like a flower pot. The automatic door lock took several attempts to lock the door. The door handle on the outside felt rusted and loose like it might break. Only four towels for two adults for four days and wanted to charge extra for more. Black stuff on the ceiling, and also left us no parking pass until day 3. For the price we paid I expected more.

Previously stayed at Coastal Waters. Loved it. Decided to go back but got a room rather than a full third floor condo. The bathroom needs a new an overhaul. The mixing valve to the hot cold water is bad. Either freeze or scald. Bath towels and wash cloths do not match. Wash cloths were looking raggy. Only one roll of tp with a note this holds you over until you shop. Just an extra full roll would be nice. Refrigerator needs a major defrost. Barely keeps food cold. Probably just cold enough to get by. My cooler kept things cold better than the refrig. 2am - 5am people sitting out and were loud. Heard the f bomb several times. Young men drinking a few doors down. The place is conveniently located to everything beachside. The beach is right there. Yes, I’d stay again but be more selective with the room I choose. Ha, back up to the third floor.

A fine place for a quick trip.
Don’t expect too much from this little room. As the listing says, it’s you basic essentials with no extra bells and whistles. I’ve stayed at Coastal Waters since I was a kid in the 90s and that’s probably the last time anything here was updated. But the pool is very clean and the location couldn’t be more convenient. My biggest complaint is that you have to go through two doors AND two gates just to get to your room, which is a little tricky with luggage or groceries. I was lucky enough to score a parking space out front, because the side drive/parking lot is a pothole hell. Neither of these things are any fault to this owner, just something to be aware of, especially if your traveling with disabilities. There’s also quite a large step up into the shower, but once you stub your toe the first time you won’t forget it again! Overall this place was just fine for a spontaneous 3 night solo trip.

This was our least favorite unit. Upgrade to bedding and towels would be a instant improvement. Unit on 3rd floor above us left a cooler of cleaned fish that was leaking by their door which smelled awful and dripped on us upon entering and leaving our unit. We do understand the cooler was not a fault of management. I was just disgusting.
