Boasting an enviable row-end location just steps from the community pool, clubhouse, and tennis courts, this laid-back vacation villa is also situated just a short stroll from one of two on-site access paths leading to a pristine, "no-drive" beach. With the Atlantic Ocean on one side and the Mosquito Lagoon Aquatic Preserve on the other, you'll have your choice of marine and coastal ecosystems to explore while also enjoying the added perk of limited commercial development. The untouched shores of the Canaveral National Seashore are just 11 miles south of the villa. Be sure to check rocket launch schedules during your stay - Kennedy National Space Station is only 50 miles away and the surrounding beaches offer a great vantage point for launch-viewing.

The condo itself comes well-appointed for family comfort. Vaulted ceilings and ample natural light create an inviting gathering space in the living area, with a plush sectional and a smart TV included for comfortable home entertainment. The back patio offers a private spot to enjoy a cup of coffee in the morning or your favorite cold beverage in the afternoon. You'll find the full kitchen equipped to easily handle anything from home cooking to beach picnic prep.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
