The worse experience ever. Heater did it work, room was dirty, bedsheets were dirty and dusty and when you ask for them to change them they hang up on you or worse. It looks a lot like a scam, DO NOT STAY if dont want to gain a rash and a bad experience.

Room 418 is warm and humid. The heater needs to be fixed. We requested the front office to solve it, they suggested that we could just keep the window open.

This was a nice dorm style room with a private bathroom. The tempting the room was impossible to regulate. I’m glad we were not here in the summer but overall nice accommodation.

The location itself is amazing… But the communal bathroom only has two showers and one was broken. It’s like a beach shower where it’s on a timer and you have to push it every 15 seconds. Not only that but the AC does not work at all. There’s no trash cans or anything. And clearly no one knows how to be in this hotel because everywhere you walk it stinks.

We went as a girls trip we loved it this property was truly the nyc experience our rooms view was amazing we stayed in 623 we had 4 beds a kitchen and a bathroom it was clean and cute loft style our room did get super hot but it was a. Easy fix to turn off the three room heaters and open the window. We could see the Macy’s and the Empire State Building from our room. This is a place I will stay again the price and location where perfect. Staff was good luggage hold was 10 a bag not free but it was worth it. Easy access to the subway and about 10blocks from time square. The shower water doesn’t get very hot. Overall this was great. I will book again! It’s not a 5star hotel it’s an authentic New York loft!

We paid for internet and it didn't reach the 10th floor. There was no TV remote. We asked for a remote and refund for the internet, but the host never reached out to us (I had called, texted, and sent message on this website, nothing). I asked daily at the lobby for a remote, refund for internet, and they kept telling me to ask the next morning and they would tell the owner. The next morning, the same thing. Finally, the lobby said he spoke to the owner, and she said there was a tv remote in the room, but it was hidden. He didn’t know where it was hidden. Why not put it on a table? The remote was not in the unit. I asked for new towels on the 3rd day there, lobby didn't give them. On the 4th day, I asked for towels again, they begrudgingly gave us 2 towels, even though we had 5 people in our room. We were there for 6 days and only received 2 new towels. There was no housekeeping, which is ok, but at least provide towels.There was a mouse and a mouse hole. Wedid not receive the room we requested when we booked. It had a different layout, it was 2 doubles and a twin, all in a triple bunk bed. The people sleeping on the bottom bed has about 2.5 ft to crawl in. The railing for the bunk bed was loose. There was mold in the shower. The stools were the same height as the table, so we ate sitting on the floor. The place is affordable and walking distance to Empire State Building and Times Square, but the customer service was horrendous. Be prepared to never hear back from the host.

Stayed here with 2 other people, it’s small but the location is unmatched for the price, bathrooms and showers are shared but never was a problem for us. Some hidden fees upon arrival but nothing major. Very nice staff would stay here again!
