The hotel was nice inside the lobby. Staff was pleasant. The hallway outside our room had weird red rugs with birds on them. The room was nice though, art deco stylish decor, great soaking tub with jets, towels were rough, bathrobes were stiff, tv was difficult to figure out. There is no room service, no lounge. Bed was comfortable and sheets were very nice. View was not good even though I paid for a view, it was not anything great. The location was nice away from Times SQ. A 15 minute walk to get to the action.

The hotel is beautiful and clean. The staff was great. The only thing we did not like was sleeping on opened up sofas. Huge room with beautiful views but the beds were not comfortable. In the other room we had regular beds which were comfortable.

Overall a great property and super convenient due to being located a few blocks from Grand Central Station. The staff is super friendly and helpful. Parking is located less than half a block from the hotel. The hotel is clean and well decorated, but the bathrooms are not very spacious.

Very outdated, it saids it’s a 4 star hotel I can’t see how they determined that worst hotel I’ve ever stayed at bathroom felt like a college dorm a small box they position the toilet in front of a wall and no one over 5’2 can fit on the toilet without their knees hitting the wall. The bed frame paint peeling off , dirty. The heater is outta date gets too hot or doesn’t work at all. Pick your poison.
