Hotels should not charge a ‘resort fee’ when they are not offering what they say it is for. No entertainment, no bar on the roof too, bar closed for private event. Room was very small, venting in shower room was insufficient, causing room to be stuffy fortunately we could open the window.

Small rooms and if visiting again with 3 people in one room would maybe look elsewhere. However perfect for a couple or single traveller. Lovely amenities and the roof top was lovely, even though the bar wasn’t open we ate breakfast up there everyday. Great location for everything

Very nice property with very friendly staff, but the rooms are very small. Also, they have a very well stocked bar for exotic drinks, including numerous herbs, specialty alcohols and flavored additives, but they didn't have basics for common drinks such as a Bloody Mary for brunch.

Hotel in itself was in a good spot so we could walk to the various attractions that New York has to offer. The tourist tax, even though we were expecting it, added a further £200 to our overall stay, but they charge that so you can have WiFi and 2 bottles of water daily. The $100 room deposit wasn’t made clear at the start and when I questioned it I was informed it was ‘in case I broke something’. That particular receptionist could have been nicer. Great shower and the bed was comfy so not all bad. However I wouldn’t stay here again.
