Great location and price is acceptable for the location. However, mildew in the bathrom is not acceptable. It is a bit older building, some rooms have terrible view. However, for a short stay in Manhattan, it is OK. Personnel is kind.

This hotel is good value for money. There is a fridge in the room, which was a nice surprise it is well located, quite quiet too.

Great location between Lincoln Center and the Theatre district. Short walk to many subway lines. Our only complaint was the outdated mattress! It was old, wobbly, and you could feel the wire frame and springs.

Very disappointed
This room was very disappointing to me. Named the ECONOMY room, it looked like a converted broom closet. Exposed sprinkler pipes 4 feet above the bed just hanging there. The room was at least 100 degrees when I entered. The window AC unit was off. So after I pulled out the desk, i kneeled down on 2 bad knees to turn it on. The TV was unplugged, like the room hadn't been used in a while. So I figured I'd take a shower while the AC was cooling the room off, and the shower curtain rod was laying on the shower floor. Now for a hotel who charges 160.00 a night, you would think they could afford to install a permanent curtain rod for the shower. After trying to hang the spring rod at least 10 times, and having to rearrange furniture to turn the AC on, my back and knees had it. I couldn't take the pain anymore, so 3 hours after I checked in, I returned the card key and cut my trip short and headed home. But the girl who checked me in was very nice. But this room was very disappointing and subpar. 160.00 lesson learned. A good deal sometimes isn't a deal. What a waste of money.

The room assigned to me and the pictures online are two different things the mattress is a cheap one. The room l stayed does not worth the price paid. The location is unique, walkable to stores. Front desk guy was not customer friendly at all.

This little hotel was just below average. The room as very small, but I expected that, so no big deal. We had two double beds and the beds were not good at all. The room was relatively clean which matters a lot to me. It could ha e been cleaner, but I've definitely seen worse. We didn't find he little fridge until the day we left. It is in the bottom of the dresser. There is a small closet and one chair. The bathroom was average. Some of the caulk in the shower should be replaced as it appeared to be getting moldy.

The elevator was slow and when we took the stairs it looked like it was used for storage. Ladders, painting trays and rollers, roll away beds and a big garbage bag was on the stairway. If a fire did break out good luck making it down the stairs with all the crap in the way. Also the room wasn’t very clean. The chair was covered in stains so I had to use an extra blanket to cover it. Also when I got into the room the one window in the room was wide open but the blinds were closed. I had my 8 year old daughter with me. So that wasn’t safe to walk into either.
