My stay waa only for a night but the front desk rep when Inm checked was very helpful. Also, the overnight front desk staff member was especially helpful and very pleasant. He gave me spot on directions on how to navigate JFK and how to find the correct spot for the airport shuttle. My room was very clean and quiet. I would most definitely stay here again.

The hotel is at a busy junction so despite the double glazing it was noisy all night and the air conditioning was very noisy, waking me up when it turned on.

We chose this hotel as they had a free transfer from the airport. Unfortunately we couldn't get hold of the hotel through the phones at the airport or by mobile so had to pay for a taxi which was really annoying. Hotel is comfy, breakfast was decent but view from the room was a car park lol. Fine for one night but their transfer communication needs improving!

Overall the experience was very good as the rooms are very comfortable and getting to JFK airport is very easy with their shuttle. But there are few Cons - room service water is only provided once at checkin (not sure if this is a US standard as this was my First Hotel), no restaurant in the hotel so option is Uber Eats or likewise, breakfast is provided but it’s the same menu each day and it’s very limited choices plus in paper dishes.

They are great there. They always treat us special and the front desk staff is wonderful! The breakfast attendants keep the area very clean and well stocked. The area around the hotel is a little sketchy at night, but that could be because we live in Hawai'i and we're not used to that environment. However, we feel very safe while we stay there. The front desk is always staffed and they immediately open the door remotely for their guests.
