very well kept hotel with a beautiful view , if you’re on floor seven or higher you are the lucky one because there is a balcony and a naturally better view of manhattan . the rooftop is okay but the glass dividers to distract a bit from the actual sight . a bit far from a subway station but a 10 minute walk has never hurt anyone . room was clean but ours had no fridge and the channels on the tv were extremely limited , some did not play anything but a black screen at all . friendly staff , however there is no free breakfast . i liked the lounging room on the first floor , very warm . would stay again !

Nice quiet, clean and updated hotel. Its easily accessible from to 2 subway stations a short 4 min walk or a 7 min walk. 2 restaurants located at the hotel and food was good. The only drawbacks limited tight underground paid parking spots and lack of mini fridge and a microwave in the room.

This hotel has no microwave, no fridge, no laundry. It was very outdated and not clean. The only good thing about this hotel was the staff and the foortop. Other than that I regret staying here!

I really like the access for everyone going to the rooftop & having that beautiful view of NYC. The cleanliness of the hotel and friendly staff as well. Distance from the stores and transportation was reasonable and easy access.

This hotel was dirty, the air quality in the room was bad, and the walls were incredibly thin. Poor amenities and not worth the price. The only positives were the convenient location and nice staff.

Sense of safety: OK. But the neighborhood is pretty poor and not inviting for a walk. The hotel is simple, there was a LOT of marijuana smell at the entrance, as if it were a smoky lobby and then you entered the hotel, where the smell got better. I asked for a coffee after 11am: There was none. I wanted to go up to the rooftop to see the famous view of NYC: it only opens after 4pm. It was a bit of a disappointing stay. I wouldn't recommend it.
