The best part were the employees. All so nice and accommodating. Room was clean and large too. Breakfast was ok, your typical but it was nice to have every morning.

Rooms were clean and the house keeping was helpful and friendly. Front desk and concierge were welcoming and service oriented. Always felt safe in the hotel, good security presence. Location was perfect for subway, Time Square, Bryant Park and theaters. My only complaint was that one of days we were there, one of the 3 elevators went down so it was a little challenging, but they quickly resolved it. We will be back.

The hotel was absolutely incredible! We had such a great stay on the inside. The rooms were very clean, and the staff were extremely friendly and helpful. The only problem we had, was directly outside the building. There were people urinating right outside the building on the concrete. There were piles of vomit and trash outside which made the whole area smell horrible. We understand that this is not the hotels fault, rather the people on the road. Other than the entrance, we would really recommend staying here!
