We loved our stay, great location, very clean, the only thing that could be improved was the air conditioning temperature, which had a temperature limit and we felt hot, the transport service offered by the hotel was great, that is, to finish with a 10, the professional Jason helped us with our transport to the airport and surprised us with his friendliness, excellent service, price and the car were a great surprise, he sent us a surprise limousine! Our return was magical! I highly recommend the hotel and especially the hotel's transport services! Thank you!

The hotel is in a great location, close to theaters, shopping, and Times Square. Even though the hotel computer system was down for several hours, the staff was very responsive and managed the inconveniences of guests well.

Loved the location but elevators are super busy. You have to scan your room card and it assigns you an elevator no numbers to press on the inside panel. We waited 20 min and had to walk 20 flights of stairs on a busy time of day one of our days.

We had an awful time at check in. Out wait was 40 minutes to get to the counter. Once there, we were told the room was not ready and waited another half hour. At that point, we were given access to a room, but the room was occupied and we had to return to the front lobby to get another room. That room was fine- mother great nor terrible. Our party are pretty sure that the beds we were in our were full and not queen. The shower was not hard for any of our party and we would give that shower one star.

The room was very small for 4 people and did not have a lot of storage for luggage and hanging clothing. The breakfast was very nice. The only problem we had was waiting for the elevators to go back downstairs. Long waits to leave the building because of the crowded elevators needed to be factored in when going out somewhere.

The elevator situation is a disaster in the mornings. You can not get an elevator off your floor without waiting at least 15 minutes. We gave up on a Sunday morning and took the stairs since half the floor was waiting for an elevator with enough room to take a person or more. Monday when we left was not as bad but still had to wait 15 minutes to get an elevator. Staff acknowledged they are having elevator issues. Other times of day did not seem to be an issue. Breakfast was so-so but acceptable. Otherwise decent location and staff was friendly and helpful. Recommended but just be aware of the elevator issues
