Hotel was very nice and convenient to public transportation. What really stood out was the friendly, helpful (and patient ) staff. I wish I had written down their names but everyone my wife and I had contact with was extremely helpful and kind and did I mention, patient with us. My brother, Greg, has lived in NYC for 46 years and it was his recommendation that led us to stay at this property. We will be sure to stay with this hotel again and recommend it to our friends.

Friendly staff and super clean. Incredible walkability to everything! The only thing I would change is the bathroom doors. They are sliding doors lacking privacy.

Have all THREE elevators working. Majority of the time there’s only one or two working at a time and with 34 floors, you are waiting 30 minutes during peak times. Most of the time we took the stairs from the 11th floor. The first night, we arrived on a Monday and was tired from a long flight. After doing some exploring during the day, we wanted to watch the Monday night football game but the tv wasn’t working. Maintenance was able to fix it but the next day it broke again and this time was not able to fix it. On the second to last day, they offered to move us to a new room, which we took. But on the last night the Heat wouldn’t get above 62°. The manager said he couldn’t do anything since we booked through Expedia. The location is nice and the front staff were very friendly. Manager not so much. And they will try and upsell you for future vacations every day.

We really enjoyed our stay, with this being pretty much on times square it was close to everything, and transport links were great with plenty of shops around for anything we needed. The staff were great and very friendly, and the room was clean and comfortable. Would recommend this hotel.

We loved the location- for Broadway shows they are all walkable. Easy access to subway and buses. Only complaint is the elevators. They are a disaster - we began planning extra time to account for them; truly pitiful. But the service, location, and the room itself made up for that.
