The comforter had hairs on it. Pillows were feather and sort of extra firm. Not a very clean hotel room. It was winter when I stayed but the room was hot. A/c wouldn’t come on despite maintenance employees coming by to fix it. They were kind enough to comp a nights stay but it was rough with the heat. Breakfast was pretty decent. Staff were pleasant and helpful. The area is China town, fun.

No bell service to help with luggage. Inconvenience parking. We needed to get a hotel room the day before our flight out to Florida because of a snowstorm in Dutchess County, NY. We book parking for our trip to Florida for our car to stay at the parking garage for 10 days. So, we were unaware that parking for the hotel was not included in our overnight stay. I can not believe parking is not included with our stay as a guest. I think as a guest at your hotel you should offer this. The front desk staff seemed not to be responsive and seemed cold and indifferent. So, that is why I'm leaving not a good review.

Super kind staff and amazing room. Right across from the mall and great food options around the block. Walking distance from the 7 train. Pricey for a one night stay but worth it for the convenience and comfort.

There was a smoke odor in our room when we first checked in. (THATS GROSS) Nevertheless, we changed our room right away at the front, and it was fantastic. The staff was kind and provided excellent recommendations for nearby eateries. The rooftop bar was quite convenient and pleasant.

I love this hotel, the room is quite big with an extra couch. It’s right across the tangram mall if you wanna shop. 5 minutes away from LIRR train and subway if you wanna go to Manhattan. Close walk to Main Street station which is the heart of Chinatown . The location is convenient if you wanna try a variety of Asian foods. I will stay here again next time. The neighborhood feels safe.

The location is excellent and close to restaurants and dubway. The room was spacious and clean. It was a little noisy but, overall , it's a good hotel.
