The staff at Margaritaville is so kind and generous. The room was clean and great for our needs. Walkable distance from every landmark we needed to get to. What a great location.

I was caught off guard when I arrived and had to pay deposit/fees even after I had called before my trip to ask if I had to pay anything at check-in and they told me I would only have to pay the resort taxes.

Room service tried to enter our room when I was showering even though we had the red privacy notification on, and when she tried to enter the door, one of us answered quickly to let them know that we don’t need services, and their response was that we shouldn’t even be in the room because we should have checked out… this was our third day there out of a 7 day trip. Instead of apologizing for being rude and aggressive, we received bedding that had dirt marks, pillow case that had some sort of blood stain or throw up on the corner of the pillow case, and a dirty shower towel that was marked up with someone’s make up, super unclean and horrible service. Will never go there again.

I loved this property because of its location. I did not like that there was no complmentary breakfast offered. The room was smaller than shown online. A microwave definitely needs to be in the room.

Being one of the newest hotels in Times Square the property was neat, clean and safe. You have to use a key card in the elevator to get to your floor which I liked. The roof top bar has an amazing view of the NYE ball drop. There’s a wonderful bagel shop right around the corner for breakfast and .99 pizza across the street. Just a couple blocks from all the excitement of Times Square yet far enough away for peace and quiet to get good rest. Beds were very comfortable as well.

Location to Times Square is good, also close to the subway. However, because it is close, the surrounding area was extremely crowded. Only major complaint with this property was the elevator service; there are 4 elevators for the property. With the crowds, we waited 15 minutes to finally catch an elevator to our room (which we had to cram in until the elevator was at capacity). Was not bad for our first time in NYC but would not stay near Times Square again.
