Front desk staff were very good. Roof top bar staff were mediocre at best. The construction going on was annoying, and we wouldn’t have stayed there had we known about it. The door to our room had to be slammed to get it to close.

Check in - oversold double bed rooms so gave us two separate rooms with kings. Was emailed ahead of time with a $75 early check in option. No one at the hotel knew about this so was confusion. Room - Super comfy beds. Good AC. Soft towels. Heated bathroom floor.

There were protestors right outside the property upon our arrival. The staff tried to do their best to keep them out, but they were clearly understaffed and didn’t have proper security. Right away didn’t feel safe to stay there. We tried to give them another chance but then our room wasn’t available. We reserved a bigger room with a balcony and they gave it away to a wedding party. Then the room they gave us was on the 2nd level right above the front door where all the protestors were blasting music, no balcony. I also have a very limited diet so I asked for a microwave in the room or somewhere within the hotel and they told me they didn’t have a microwave in the property and couldn’t accommodate for that. Definitely not what we expected.
