the kindness of the staff,who did an excellent job helping us (reservation, front desk), I felt secure with them, I felt good in our small, clean, and functionnal room,bath room, everything was clean, working well. A typical NYC building, 10' walk from Gran Station, plenty of transportation there, 20' walk from the Empire Sate Building...wonderfully located. I've stayed at this hotel several times. As the name implies the rooms are small but they're also clean and efficiently designed. The staff is friendly and helpful and the hotel is conveniently located near Grand Central Terminal and other popular mid town Manhattan destinations. I'll probably be staying at Pod 39 again.
