I did not like that I paid extra for a premier room with a city view. Which basically was just a regular room. No fridge or anything. The view was only of a building directly smack against my window, of a building taller than the hotel. I had zero view of the city.

Maybe some people would be ok with the noise level but I couldn’t sleep at all until things calmed down outside after 4am! Our room was on the 25th floor and the noise was still very loud. Then we had to wait over 30 minutes in a very long line to check our bags after we checked out for our one night stay. They even charged us $6 per bag, including a shopping bag which hung on our small carry on bags! I travel often and NEVER had this experience before! They didn’t even offer free coffee in the lobby…the only way to get coffee was to pay $30 each for a buffet breakfast! Not very hospitable for the high price we paid for the small noisy room. I don’t recommend this hotel and will never stay there again.

It never happened! They made me rebook, wouldn’t give me the same price as you guys, once a license was received they wouldn’t reverse the second reservation I had to pay for. They weren’t accommodating at all. We weren’t even checked in on the second reservation for a half hour. Terrible!
