Very good hotel. Good rooms and great location. Staff could be more helpful. Negative point is the elevator. On Saturday, I had to wait around 25 minutes to get in an elevator.

The hotel is in a good location but rooms are very small. We had a 2 double beds and not much room to move around if you have 3 people in room. Our room still Had food in the fridge our bathroom sick leaked. House keeping was super friendly and helpful.

This property is conveniently located to many walkable areas including the subway if you are trying to get to other parts of Manhattan. The only downside I experienced was the $30 credit per day for the destination tax. It's nice that the hotel gives you a $30/day credit to use at the morning Starbucks, bar, and restaurant for breakfast, but the lines for these amenities deter you from actually using the credit. I also think it was a little ridiculous that the credits didn't roll over each day because the check-in time is 4:00 PM which means you can only use it at the bar on your first day, and if you have an early flight to catch on your departing day you are paying for something you can't even use.
