The Hotel staff was nice and accommodating. Rooms were very small, but ideally served the purpose of a place to comfortably sleep after sightseeing, shopping, etc. all day. Rooms were well kept, as well.

Everything was very good, the location is so good, near of everything walking. But the only thing was that nobody speak spanish.

The hotel was a little dated and shabby but very clean and the staff were lovely. Rooms weren't huge but big enough. The location is brilliant, right in the middle of everywhere we wanted to go, easy to walk uptown one day and downtown the next. I'd definitely stay there again.
