My wife and I always stay here as it is so close to so many things, especially all the Plays! The staff is friendly, and the rooms are spacious and clean. You are a stone's throw away from Bryant Park and Times Square. If I had to be nitpicky and this is me just being really picky, their breakfast has gone down hill. It used to be super fresh and tasty, but last two times we went it seemed like they cater it in or get it somewhere and heated it up, and they changed the breakfast from croissants to regular buns and it just throws you off, but that is just me being picky as I am used to the High Standards that this place provided and still does aside from this minor inconvenience.

Great weekend at this hotel! Staff is excellent. Rooms are spacious and quiet. The only negative was the floor in our suite where pull out sofa was sits was quite dirty. The little bar in the lobby is so adorable and cozy w great music. Nice little breakfast included.

Disappointed with the experience. Upon arrival the staff made zero attempt to check on upgrade availability as per the note on the reservation. "Superior Room" is a misnomer. Features maybe 150 feet of space in cramped quarters. Breakfast was decent. Front desk staff also neglected to provide the free drink vouchers until requested. All-in, a very underwhelming "VIP" experience. We hoped the boutique experience would be charming. Next time, we'll stay elsewhere. For the price the hotel isn't worth it.

What an incredible stay we had at the Iroquois! We travel to NYC often and this was our first time staying here. The staff, especially Jay, was fantastic and so accommodating. The property and rooms were super clean and comfortable. The location is perfect- close to everything but away from the Times Square madness. We will be back!

My stay at The Iroquois hotel was an absolute joy from start to finish. Every detail exceeded my expectations, from the beautiful, quaint room to the exceptional cleanliness throughout.
