The hotel was great, clean, quiet and comfortable. Staff was kind and accomodating. What was unfortunate was that the expedia app was glitching during booking and my date was changed, with in a minute I tried to modify it but expedia would only allow a cancellation siting no refund. I was forced to rebook, essentially pay for my room twice. Expedia said it was the hotel policy. After speaking with the hotel they said it was not their policy and since it was a modification it should have caused no loss of funds to me. Do better Expedia.

This is my new fave hotel in NYC. The rooms are excellent, clean and very well-kept. I was extremely pleased with the level of customer service from the staff and truly enjoyed my stay. I absolutely plan to stay again and again when I visit NY.

This was my first stay at this hotel. I was greeted by Chris who was friendly and attentive to my needs and interests in the surrounding area. He stored my bag and gave me an estimate of when my room would be ready which was quite accurate. He handled multiple guests professionally and with kindness. My room was larger than some I’ve stayed in in NYC and had all the amenities I needed. I do caution travelers to read the fine print as when I had to leave early I did not receive a refund, but otherwise I was pleased with my stay.

The property is clean, the staff is nice, but it’s not the most secure building. Anyone can freely walk in and ride the elevator without a key card. Our room was very pricey, stuffy, and overlooked a cistern. It was fine for one night. It is very conveniently located.

The staff are wonderful and the location is extremely convenient. My room was not what was advertised in the pictures and could use some serious love. I could also hear my neighbors loud and clear through the walls. The roof top sitting area is a nice touch for the warmer months
