The room we were given was horrible. The door would only unlock after many tries, even after I asked and they updated the key. When I complained to the front desk, she told me to complain to the hotel owner! The bed mattress was without any support. My back almost touched the floor when I lay down. One of the lights next to the two beds had a broken switch and could not be turned on. The faucets in the bathroom were rusted. The carpet was stained on several locations. We could not control the temperature from the thermostat. The room was too hot. The room was definitely what your pictures had shows. This is deceiving advertisement. The least Expedia should can do is to refund my payment

Checked in and the room was 80 degrees. Got told there is nothing they can do, AC is off for the season. Got given a beat up, $20 box fan, told to open the windows and a promise that it will cool down tomorrow. 2.5 hours later the room is 78 but at least the noise from the fan drowns out the street noise coming in the open window.

There was some kind of protest early in the morning in front of hotel. The notice that was being made by the protesters was awful. They turned off the hot water, so when you arrived in the evening there was no hot water. The renovation happening was loud. Great location. Felt like the accommodations for the price should have included a better breakfast.

The rooms and bathroom were a bit tight, but beds were very comfy. My only real.complaint was when we checked out I dropped off my keys before going to the grab and go breakgast and was informed I would have to pay even tho i was a customer drom the night before. Check in could have been more convenient. Housekeeping lady (from Albania, I forgot her name) was extremely nice and prioritises Customer Support over everything else. It is encouraging that lobby renovations are underway at The Manhattan at Times Square. The whole hotel desperately needs a makeover. The property is a poor representation of both its Qatari owners and IHG. Reception is understaffed which results in persistent lines through the lobby. The hotel’s central location is its paramount asset. The grab-and-go breakfast is a nice touch. The staff is good, including housekeeping. Mohamed at the front desk provides extremely gracious customer service.

I recently stayed at this hotel, and unfortunately, it did not meet my expectations. The property feels quite outdated, with noticeable signs of wear and tear. The carpets in the hallways and rooms were visibly dirty, and the walls looked like they hadn't been cleaned or refreshed in years. The bathroom was extremely small, with barely enough room to move around. The beds and pillows were old and uncomfortable, and unfortunately, they had a musty, moldy smell that made it hard to get a good night's sleep. Overall, I wouldn't recommend this hotel unless you're looking for a budget option and are prepared to overlook the lack of cleanliness and upkeep.

Carpet was very dirty. Wallpaper pilling off the walls. No hand towel or wash cloth. No fridge or microwave. One person at the desk was rude and not helpful at all. All other staff at the desk was great.
