This was truly an amazing stay and can’t wait to go back again ! The staff was so friendly and attentive. So many great things in the area to do. The Gotham city view room was breathtaking ! Perfect for a weekend stay !

room was small, minimal clean up and servicing, lobby space with no provisions like beverages ( coffee,tea, water ) just one bar/restaurat pretty large and very empty, with average food. Rooftop bar was nice though. Accessing room service requires to be tech savy enough to use scanning. Same for pricing of minibar. Did not receive any of the expectable upgrades for Expedia or AMex Platinum Would not suggest for guests used to more personalized attitude comfort and service, or not tech savy.
