Welcome home! My apt is a beautiful 1 BED ROOM apt in a modern elevator building! Located in the upper east side , the location is perfect just minutes from anywhere you may want to go in the city. Parks, restaurants, Museums ,..all just steps away!
This is a Beautiful and Modern 1 BED ROOM , Private apt in Prime Upper East Side location near East 79 street Near park ave Just a few blocks from the 77 street 6 train or the 86 street 4,5,6 trains. 5 minute walk to Carl Shultz Park on the East River as well as to Central Park and several Museums .
There are amazing restaurants , Parks, Wine Bars, and lounges everywhere!
Expect to really enjoy yourself !!
This is an Elevator Building and lots of renovations. The apt was redone just a few years ago with Stainless appliances in the kitchen a as well as several large windows so the apt is also bright and airy.
it includes , huge closet , bathroom , Living Room for a nice cozy feel.
This is truly a one of a kind apt in NYC.
I am always available for my guests if you have any questions at all.
The upper east side of Manhattan is a beautiful , quiet neighborhood with that is in my opinion the best location in the city. It is quiet with tree lined streets but only a few minute ride in a cab or subway to the busier downtown area or times square. It is just a few Minutes walk to Central Park and the Met Museum as well as other beautiful parks overlooking the east river.
And of course , there are more amazing restaurants and bars and shops within steps of this apt ! Everything you need is within a block or two of the building.
There is lots of great and easy transportation including , trains , buses , taxis, and if you have a car easy parking on the street or parking garages if you choose.

Great spot on the Upper East Side!
The apartment was great! Old building but very nice, clean apartment with way more space than I was expecting. Perfect for two people. The host was very communicative and always available if help was needed. Thank you!

Great place!
We absolutely loved our stay. The host Jay was very responsive and helpful from the very beginning to checkout. This apartment is in a great location, very close to Central Park and the subways, great food and coffee. I had the pleasure of meeting the host Jay as we were leaving, he was even more friendly in person. Thank you again, we had a great stay and hope to go visit again.

One of the best stays via VRBO
My husband and I stayed here while I was getting surgery nearby. We were so impressed with everything. The owner called us prior to arrival, made us feel comfortable and gave very thorough instructions. The place was so large for a NYC apartment. Very clean, organized and had everything we needed. Also close to so many museums, restaurants and train stations for tourists! Would recommend and will certainly stay here again should we need a place again!
