coco The Franklin is a wonderful small hotel that is so much better than the chains. It’s comfortable and within walking distance of so many great spots in the city. I will definitely stay here again.

What a fun hotel! Loved the charm of our room and the antique elevator. I roomed with my daughter and we had plenty of space, although the room is not as big as traditional hotels, but I’m sure quite normal for NYC. Loved the quality of the bathroom fixtures and the water pressure was perfect. Would definitely stay again!
