We never stayed felt unsafe and it was dirty had to spend more money on a different room at a hotel shower curtain on the floor nd curtain rod missing smelt of fresh cigarette host said you would issue a cancelation on his end never did

Great place to learn about the city
Came by myself for a trip, host was great and nice and check in was easy. Great spot to really learn Newark routes and the way to New York.

They took my money
I was not permitted to stay. The host did not answer until my second call. When i spoke with the woman she did not know why I was aaking here for the codes to the house. Because on the rental agreement it was stated that " if I did not recieve them to contact the host".

Nice unit in a bad neighborhood.
the space itself was great, there weren't anything wrong with it. so was the property manager, very nice. the issue was the neighborhood, very unsafe. I heard gun shooting like for 3 nights in a row. there were police car and ambulances most of the time. I was scared to get out of the unit and would only leave if there was a car waiting for me outside. if you are not familiar with the area, I wouldn't recommend.

Would Not Stay Again!
My experience at this location was not a good one starting with the fact that there is no mention that there were two flights of stairs that needed to be climbed to access the “studio” the room appears to be more of a converted attic space. There were no heating vents; so the temperature in the room was cold. There were electric space heaters that provided little warmth. The level of cleanliness was subpar. There was no evidence that the bathroom had been cleaned between stays as evidenced by the 1/2 smoked cigarette found on the bathroom rug. There was also no way to secure your privacy once you occupied the room; so anyone with the door code can enter. The experience was less of a short-term housing rentals and more of a glorified rooming house. I paid for 2 nights, but only stay one. I will not be back!

Nice cozy studio with all amenities
The studio is a great place to stay for short or long term stays. Very comfortable mattress and great positioned smart tv. The Wi-Fi is a bit sporty but was quickly taken care of after notifying landlord. Would definitely stay again!

Cuando llegamos el apartamento estaba realmente sucio, pelusas por el suelo, manchas en paredes y sábanas… La ventana estaba rota y la habían tapado con cinta aislante, por lo que entraba frío. Lo peor de la estancia fue que no tuvimos agua caliente, se lo dijimos a la propietaria y ella solo decía que si que había y no nos solucionaba el problema. Finalmente, dejamos el apartamento días antes porque era imposible estar asi. Una noche estábamos durmiendo y la propietaria entró sin autorización, despertándonos, lo que nos dio muy poca seguridad. El barrio no es muy agradable y por la noche es mejor no andar por el. Para llegar a Manhattan hay que coger un bus que tarda 1h, que cuesta 6$ cada viaje sin posibilidad de un abono que lo haga más economico. Si quieres disfrutar de tu viaje a Nueva York no reserves en este apartamento.
