Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, property conditions & facilities, room comfort
terrible
it was awful. we get told that we are going to a different home than we paid for, get there to a problem with the keys, and a child showed up to help us, we get into our room and the room next to us is duck taped shut with other people on the other side.
Stayed 1 night in Sep 2024
