Unfriendly staff. Stained sheets and towels. Room smelled like food. Dirty bathroom with stained mirrors. Loud guests. Kids running on the hallways in the middle of the night. Laundry machines are broken and no change for the washers and the dryers. Lobby smells like weed all the time. Not recommended. Avoid at all costs.

I robbed of my hard earned money. I booked for September 18th-26th, 2024, and moved out the next day, September 19th due to emergency but was denied my refund!!! Bothe the Hotel and Experia refused to pay back my refund. More to that, the hotel continued to take money out of my account, which highly criminal and wicked!

It’s okay. Like the fact there is no carpet and the windows open for fresh air. It could be cleaner and some wear and tear could be repaired without much effort, so it just seems they aren’t willing. For the price it’s okay.

Property in very good condition seems like was recently renovated with large rooms. Room was dirty … laminate floor needed mopping. Room was extremely noisy from outside the window and the hallway. No cleaning service or any courtesy of any kind except for WiFi and tv. You have to bring down the dirty towels yourself to the front desk for replacement and need to request soap/shampoo in person as well. The staff is very professional and friendly.

Needs more management. Less staff. Needs more do and dont do things chart in every room. As i saw other customers walking almost no clothes in the hotel corridor. Someone should be at the front desk everytime. No one attend calls. And more common things to improve the name and fame of this hotel. Thanks

The staff was very nice and helpful. I can see that they maintain the property which is good! The only issue I had is that despite “no smoking” signage is posted around the property the inside is still smokey. However, the property is very convenient and not far from the train station to get in to New York area.
