"Very very average. Air con doesn’t work, lamp broken and wobbly in bedroom, spa way too hot and cannot be adjusted (had to find a hose and add cold water) the couch is very uncomfortable. Overall it’s aged and odd. Not even good to take pets as there are no fenced off area’s."

"Incredible location. Air conditioning in the living area and main bedroom kept us nice and cool and even over the long weekend with the heat, the second bedroom (no aircon) stayed cool enough. I was surprised about how spacious the living areas were, much bigger than pics suggest and more than enough space for 4 adults. Highly recommend"
