The property looked nice in the advertisements and even when we arrived and parked our vehicle. We wondered why there were only two other vehicles in the parking lot, but we discovered the reason once we got to our room. Of the three lamps, only one worked. The elevator sounded as if it was going to crash every time we used it. The electronic room key never worked, necessitating a trip to the front desk to obtain a replacement every time we returned to the hotel. Towels were not replaced after use. At least the maids did remake the beds daily; however, our room was never vacuumed. We will not book the hotel again.

I was disappointed, I felt very unsafe, my door wouldn’t close correctly - it was very noisy and the room was not very clean - had I not been threaten with having to pay whether I stayed or not, I would have left.

Room was already occupied
The check on took a lot longer than expected. Then when I got to my room and opens the door and walked in there was a man asleep on there bed. When went back to front desk they just blew it off like no big deal. I could have been shot or anything. Front desk needs to do better I am eerie about staying at a hotel now because of it. Don’t know what I will be walking into.

The bed and bathroom were clean. However the carpet in our room was not clean. There was something dried and stuck to the floor by the desk. Dust “rings” on the floor where dirt had settled because it had not been vacuumed in a while. Carpet in both elevators was just dusty and soiled. Again, the bed and bathroom were clean and that is most important, but if we had brought an infant or small children I would not have been comfortable with them playing on the floor.
