"Sent 3 messages to the host days before we where due to arrive re how to access the property, got no replies, had to phone booking agent VRBO on arrival as we couldn’t get inside & as there was no 4g signal we had to drive off again & find a signal, it seems tie host “forgot” to send details. overall we found the property adequate for 2 nights stay but wouldn’t have been happy to stay longer as beds although clean where extremely uncomfortable. Bathrooms def need attention. Upstairs living room...
