"Beautiful location, really enjoyed the stay. The stairs are a challenge especially with no landing at the top. Didn't receive any notification about check-in and I got no answer when I called but when I checked the door was unlocked and keys were on the table. Everything was very clean and the kitchen was well equipped. "

"Beautiful house with lots of charm….. gorgeous views from the deck. I was texted when we arrived to make sure we were happy with the cleanliness of the home and we were . House was supplied with plenty of towels, blankets, toiletries, cushions for outdoor furniture and games. We stayed here with our dogs who loved it as well. We would stay here again"

"The shared driveway was a challenge and the hike from the driveway to the house had was also a challenge. Additionally the window in one of the bathrooms did not work, the dishwasher was not secured and tilted when you put dishes in, one of the commodes ran constantly unless you jiggle. The kitchen garbage can is broken."

"Just a perfect getaway. Very well maintained home with a few handy man quirks. Power went out and the Generac generator kicked right on. House is well stocked, clean and perfectly situated for a secluded trip. I would mention that you have to walk thru one bedroom ( attic dormer) to get to the forth bedroom. "Nice house in quiet location. Great kitchen!! Master bed was comfy except sheets should be replaced. The house is large with a huge finished basement. The TV in the basement was OK. The basement sofa is comfy but the primary sofa upstairs was uncomfortable. All in all... a very good property that could be great with better bed sheets and living room sofa."

"Spent 2 glorious fall weeks at this West Bath property. This older, well updated house nicely accommodated the two of us. It was very comfortable and clean. We had everything we needed. There were plenty of dishes and flatware. We cooked in for most meals. There are black out curtains in the main bedroom, so you can really sleep in if you want to! We did! "This house has a beautiful location. My husband and I stayed for a weekend getaway and enjoyed our stay. One issue that we had was the water pressure. It was hard to shower because the water kept going in and out. As others have stated, the inside of the house could use some TLC. Some of the decorations are falling apart on the wall. The paint on the walls in some rooms look incomplete. Overall it was a good stay. "

"This house is in perfect spot in Boothbay Harbor. Easy walk to town, right on the water. Everything about the house was perfect and exactly what we needed. "

"Our party of 8 enjoyed our stay. The house is well equipped and stocked to get you started. Conveniently located to town and the Botanical Gardens. Plenty of outside space for kids to run around and play. It has a beautiful view of the cove but is very rocky. This didn't stop us from hunting hermit crabs and catching fish. The house is old but that gives it the Maine charm. "

"They thought of everything, including binoculars. We watched seabirds and lobstermen working and didn't leave the house until late in the day for the Botanical Gardens. They only communicate through Vacasa,email, and text. Good communication, though. Final payment is through Vacasa. "
