Disliked: Communication
Absolute shocker. Arrived after a 6 hour drive. No access. Couldn't contact host. Spent 5 hours on the phone with both VRBO and Expedia - no help was available and we had to go and find somewhere else at 11pm at night. BE VERY CAREFUL if you are considering this!!!!
