Expedia shows the cottage to be within the Penzance city centre & 8 minute walk from the ferry terminal. The cottage is 8 miles (13 kms.) from the Penzance city centre. "Beautifully presented, spacious house (the photos don’t do it justice), within less than 10 mins downhill walk into the stunning village of Mousehole. Parking was always available either in front of the house, or slightly further up the road or in the adjoining village hall car park. Stephanie was very quick to respond to any queries we had. Great garden space for out door dining, and very large kitchen table to seat 8 people comfortably. Highly recommend this place and we hope to return some day. "
"This property is set in beautiful grounds and was very peaceful. The host was very welcoming and friendly. The room was clean and comfortable and very well equipped. The continental breakfast, fruit, tea & coffee and other provisions in the room were more than ample. All in all, great value and would thoroughly recommend. Would just mention that location of property in at the top of a steep hill."

"Property was lovely. Perfect size for a couple, great facilities, amazing views. Ali greeted us on arrival and was lovely. The only caveat I would add is the very narrow lane up to the parking spot and gravel by driveway wasn't helpful for grip and turning of car. But the stay was lovely, lots of nice eateries nearby and great sea views with a flat coastal path."
